The President

 

 

Wemba-koy Okonda the president of the Congolese Community in the State of Washington (or congolese community of washington state, in French President de la Communaute Congolaise de l’Etat de Washington) was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, he has an Associate Degree in Computer Information Technology from Clover Park Technical College in Washington State, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing and Software Systems from the University of Washington, and a Master’s Degree in Health Services Management from Argosy University (U.S.A.). He speaks French, English, Lingala and Tetela.

He is the President of a non profit organization named OKONGO based in Seattle, Washington which has the mission to defend the cause of the Democratic Republic of Congo in the United States of America and also to help Congolese refugees in the great State of Washington.
